I provide trauma-focused therapy to adults experiencing PTSD symptoms, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. In my sessions, I often integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
